Penn State-Brandywine Campus
The requirement on this project was simple: revive and update an old lecture hall. The drywall ceilings are about a foot below the existing ceiling line using Armstrong Drywall Grid and 2"Axiom perimeter molding. New gypsum walls, new wood doors and curved wood handrails make this classroom appealing to any Nittany Lion. |

The Palm Restaurant
The Palm Restaurant at The Park Hyatt at the Bellevue (former Bellevue Stratford). At this historic hotel, in Philadelphia, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, we completely renovated the interior of the bar area. We used dark oak for the bar, interior booths, wainscoting and trim. We were particularly pleased that our work enhanced the space without losing the ambience of such a historic building. |

Port O’ Call Hotel
This lovely old Ocean City New Jersey hotel had ceilings that had suffered damage from the high level of humidity in a seaside building. We replaced sagging and warped ceiling tile with new, white rock-like ceiling tile that can withstand the high humidity of a New Jersey summer. |

Mask and Wig
This project was an overhaul from front to stage. Located in Philadelphia, this old theatre, under the eyes of the University of Pennsylvania, needed some new life breathed into it. New oak handrails, newly insulated drywall ceilings, the reusing of old oak in new areas and arched wood doors are but a few highlights this job has to offer. |

Olson-Malish Office
This project was a complete retrofit of an older, run-down one-story building. We added interior office space, new bathrooms and a small lunchroom. When finished we presented our client with a sparkling new 21st century office in Narberth, PA. |

Summit Insurance Groups Office
For this client we completed the interior of a new structure, including office spaces, bathrooms, electrical service, HVAC system, fire suppression and alarm systems, and blinds. The finished job is one that both the owner and we are proud of. |

State Farm
The interior of this project is a cross between old and new construction ideas. We have combined the classic look of warm neutral color schemes and a dark rich wood stain with newer age look of 8' high wood-glass doors and windows being covered by solar shades. All of the new offices, conference rooms and employee cafeteria enjoy these added pleasures. |

Product diversity and open design are the hallmark of this project. Acoustic tile and grid "clouds" w/Axiom trim give several rooms an expansive overhead quality while still having a warm feel. The design also included 3 Form acrylic panels in both fixed suspension and sliding-door styles. These offer a unique approach to space division and room closure options, partnered w/clean and classic qypsum wall partitions and cantilevered soffits. This project gives the tenant an open and warm feeling. |
